1. What sizes do your clothes come in?
We offer a wide range of sizes, typically free size from S to XL (women), and sometimes extended sizes depending on the collection. Please refer to our size chart for exact measurements to find your perfect fit.

2. Do you offer custom or made-to-order clothing?
Yes, we offer custom orders for certain collections. You can contact us directly via WhatsApp for more information on custom sizing, fabric choices and designs.

3. How can I find out if an item is back in stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can check for restock via Whatsapp. We’ll notify you as soon as it becomes available.

4. What is your return/exchange policy?
We don’t allow cancellations, but refunds are available for defective or incorrect items within 7 days. Customized, discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless we made an error.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. If the checkout couldn’t pick up your location, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. Please ensure that the phone number provided at checkout is correct.

7. How can I care for my garments?
As a general rule, we recommend hand-washing or using a gentle machine wash cycle and air-drying to prolong the life of your clothing.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), online banking (FPX), e-wallets (GrabPay and others) and Buy Now Pay Later options (Atome and GrabPay). We also offer manual bank transfers for local orders.

9. How long does it take to process my order?
Estimated delivery times: Malaysia: 3-5 business days (Peninsula), 5-7 days (Sabah/Sarawak); International: 7-14 business days; times may vary based on courier and destination.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
For any modification of order, please contact us via WhatsApp for fast response. We don’t allow cancellations, but refunds are available for defective or incorrect items within 7 days. 13. How do I know if my batik is authentic?
Authentic handmade batik often has slight imperfections in the design, which shows the craftsmanship. You can also check the back of the fabric—authentic batik will have patterns that are visible on both sides, though the colors may be slightly less vibrant on the reverse.
